One 2 One Personal Sessions

Personal healing sessions using breath work, shadow work, and releasing old patterns and facing trauma, pain, and feelings of being overwhelmed and stagnant in your life. Learning to trust your own thoughts, voice, and living from the inside out to heal and elevate. Aligning all of who you are to start living and being who you were created to be. 

Please wear all white, pour a glass of water for your ancestors, light a candle (white tea lights are fine), burn sage or your favorite incense for your personal session. Please have your journal or pen and paper available to write affirmations,  your intentions, inspirations, and takeaways. Come with a loving heart, open mind and a positive purpose. A safe, judgement free space awaits you and we can grow, heal, and elevate together.  Give thanks. I am honored to connect with you.

Local residents (those who live in North Carolina) do have the option for in-person sessions. In-person sessions are also available for those who are willing to travel.
